PermaFoam Classic is a sterile, non-medicated, single-use polyurethane foam dressing for wounds with moderate to very heavy exudation, acute and chronic wounds, such as venous ulcers (leg ulcers), decubitus II-IV, diabetic foot ulcers, donor sites, abrasions and incisions.

- Absorbent.
- Adhesive edge coated with a polyacrylate adhesive.
