Physalis Ashwagandha Forte Bio contains a premium ashwagandha or Indian ginseng extract: KSM-66. More than a decade of research resulted in an ashwagandha extract with a high standardization on withanolides (>5%), but maintaining the proportions found in nature. It is the world’s most studied and safest broad-spectrum ashwagandha extract.
