Physalis Ashwagandha Forte Bio contains a premium ashwagandha or Indian ginseng extract: KSM-66. More than a decade of research resulted in an ashwagandha extract with a high standardization on withanolides (>5%), but maintaining the proportions found in nature. It is the world’s most studied and safest broad-spectrum ashwagandha extract. On the one hand, ashwagandha root supports physical and mental performance, contributes to increased energy and vitality and optimizes concentration and alertness. On the other hand, it promotes a good, healthy night’s sleep and supports with stress and tension.
Use instructions
Take 1 tablet per day with a meal.
