How to use
Turn the head to the side and spray into the upper nostril until the solution enters the lower nostril. Turn the head on the other side and repeat in the other nostril. Blow the nose.
- For preventive use: 1 to 2 times daily in each of the two nostrils.
- For colds: 4 to 6 times daily in each of the two nostrils.
Recommendations
- Clean and dry the attachment after each use.
- If symptoms at the level of the nose still persist after 10 days, consult your treating physician.
- In case of nasal irritations, temporary tickling may occur with use.
