Active ingredients

• Fytostar SleepFit is a phytocomplex with high-quality extracts of valerian, melissa and passion flower that help promote falling asleep.
• The valerian and melissa additionally support falling asleep.
• The extract of nightcap and hops additionally help promote sleep quality.
• The formula also contains L-tyrosine and vitamin B12.

Adults: 1 to 2 capsules daily, take half an hour before bedtime.
