Properties

This well-filled shrub is common in mountainous regions, moors and clearings in the northern hemisphere and has very narrow leaves ending in a point. The berries are round, first green, then bluish black and they are covered with wax.

• Aromatic molecules: β-fellandrene, α-pinene, limonene, terpenyl acetate.
• Distilled part: twig and berries.

Use directions

2 drops 3 times daily on a neutral carrier (honey, cane sugar, vegetable oil).

• Oral intake.
• Use on the skin.
