The Gaultheria fragrantissima comes from Nepal and is used for similar purposes as the Gaultheria procumbens. It is the Nepalese wintergreen. The essential oil of the mountain tea relieves muscle aches due to overexertion, back pain, arthritis and all possible musculoskeletal problems. The oil allows muscles to relax and reduces inflammation at the level of joints and tendons.
