Properties
Mentha x piperita is a hybrid created from Mentha aquatica and Mentha spicata, an 80 cm tall and hardy plant. Its stems are quadrangular, its oval, sharp and serrated leaves are opposite. The plant likes fresh soils and clay and calcareous soils. Distillation is done in June, just before flowering.

Use instructions
- Ingest 1 to 2 drops per day on a neutral medium.
- Recommended maximum daily dose per oil: 4 drops.
