Properties
Mentha x piperita is a hybrid created from Mentha aquatica and Mentha spicata, an 80 cm tall and hardy plant. Its stems are quadrangular, its oval, sharp and serrated leaves are opposite. The plant likes fresh soils and clay and calcareous soils. It is distilled in June, just before flowering.

Use directions
2 drops 3 times a day on a neutral carrier (honey, cane sugar, vegetable oil).

- Use on the skin (caution advised).
- Air diffusion.
