Roman chamomile is a hardy plant that grows on light sandy soil in Western Europe and has feathery leaves and composite flowers with tongue-shaped white flowers surrounding a yellow center on a conical flower base and yellowish ribbed achenes.

• Aromatic molecules: isobutyl angelate, isoamyl angelate.
• Distilled part: flower.

Use directions

2 drops 3 times daily on a neutral carrier (honey, cane sugar, vegetable oil).
