Promagnor Energy is a dietary supplement based on magnesium and vitamin C (400 mg magnesium + 180 mg vitamin C per effervescent tablet). Magnesium is a mineral that is indispensable in numerous bodily functions. Our bodies cannot produce magnesium themselves and therefore rely on the daily intake of magnesium from food. However, our contemporary dietary habits can easily lead to inadequate magnesium intake. In addition, there are a number of specific circumstances, such as the growth phase, pregnancy, intense sports practice and temporary fatigue, where increased daily magnesium intake becomes necessary.

Active Ingredients
- Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and neurological function, a reduction in fatigue and normal energetic metabolism.
- Vitamin C contributes to a normal immune system, normal energetic metabolism and an increase in iron absorption.
Use Directions
Recommended dose per day (adults and children 11 years and older): dissolve 1 effervescent tablet per day in 200 ml of water and drink immediately.
Recommendations
- If you are being treated concomitantly with tetracycline (a certain type of antibiotic), take Promagnor Energy at least 2 hours before or after taking tetracycline.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Store out of the reach and sight of children.
- This product should under no circumstances replace a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
