Properties

Promagnor is a high-dose magnesium supplement containing 450 mg of elemental magnesium per chewable tablet. Magnesium is a mineral that is indispensable in numerous bodily functions. Our bodies cannot produce magnesium themselves and therefore rely on the daily intake of magnesium from food. However, our contemporary dietary habits can easily lead to inadequate magnesium intake. In addition, there are a number of specific circumstances where magnesium needs are increased, such as the growth phase, pregnancy, intense sports practice and temporary fatigue.

Recommendations

• For diabetics: 1 chewable tablet contains 1.1 g of sugar (sucrose).
• If you are being treated simultaneously with tetracyclines (a certain type of antibiotic), take Promagnor at least 2 hours before or after taking the tetracyclines.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Store out of the reach and sight of children.
• This product should not replace a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle under any circumstances.
