The Push Ortho Aequi Ankle Brace is an efficient ankle orthosis that provides a good balance between powerful mechanical support of the unstable ankle and wearing comfort. The rigid support of the Aequi is located on the medial side (inside) of the ankle and has a cutout for the malleolus.

This product component consists of a fiberglass-reinforced plastic and is very durable. The reinforcement is constructed so that the core is very rigid but the edges are fl exible. This benefits the fit and comfort.
The brace is effective due to a diagonal strap that closes on the medial support. The elastic straps apply pressure around the ankle. Inversion/eversion movement is restricted, while plantar/dorsal fl exion is sufficiently released. As a result, no hindrance is experienced when rolling off the foot.

The Push Aequi is worn over the sock. Optimal stabilization is achieved when the brace is worn in a closed (ve-ter) shoe.
