Robitussin Dry Cough Medicine is an effective treatment to suppress dry coughs. Usually, these cough types involve hardly any mucus and cause a tickle and persistent irritation at the back of your throat. Robitussin works to ease dry-out stubborn coughs by regulating the cough reflex and alleviating your throat. It’s suitable for adults and children over 12 years old and contains the active ingredients Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide.

It is not recommended for long-term use. If you find that your cough hasn't alleviated or gone after a week or two then you should speak to your GP
Medicines such as paracetamol are suitable to take in combination. However, any other products containing the active ingredient Dextromethorphan are not recommended as this is already present in Robitussin Dry Cough medicine
