Sanas Isomix is an isotonic thirst quencher and contains the carbohydrates such as dextrose, fructose, sucrose, but especially maltodextrin. The loss of fluid and minerals due to sweating is perfectly absorbed by this formula. Isomix has a glucose-fructose ratio of 2:1. This allows you to absorb up to 90 g of carbohydrates per hour during exercise. Non-2:1 products are limited to only 60 g per hour. In addition, Isomix contains no food acids, excessive flavors, artificial sweeteners or bright colors. These only cause gastrointestinal distress and thus do not contribute to optimal performance.
