Properties

DORMIFORT® is a combination of carefully chosen plant extracts that can be used to achieve good and healthy sleep. This dietary supplement is indicated to promote a good and healthy night’s sleep for adults and children older than 12 years.

Active ingredients

DORMIFORT® contains 3 plants, more specifically Melissa officinalis L., better known as lemon balm, Tilia cordata better known as linden blossom and finally Valeriana officinalis or simply valerian. Those 3 plants possess on the one hand, thanks to the presence of essential oils, among other things, important calming and relaxing properties, which helps with mental pressure and tension. On the other hand, they are very suitable plants for a good and healthy night’s sleep so that you can wake up rested in the morning.

Administration

• Take 1 tablet per day with water or other beverage, in the evening before going to bed.
• If necessary, the dose of DORMIFORT® may be increased to 2 tablets per day.

Recommendations

• Do not exceed the recommended dose. Possible unwanted effects when taken in overdose: headache, palpitations, dizziness, confusion and gastrointestinal problems. These effects decrease spontaneously with dose reduction.
• A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and for a healthy lifestyle.
• DORMIFORT® should not be given in cases of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the preparation.
• DORMIFORT® should not be given in cases of hypothyroidism, unless under medical supervision.
• In some individuals, the preparation may be stimulating or excitatory rather than relaxing: discontinue intake.
• For the use of DORMIFORT® during pregnancy and lactation, seek the advice of your physician.
• Caution should, however, be exercised in the concomitant use of alcohol and drugs with a sedative effect. Caution is also advised with herbs that affect cardiac function; therefore, only combine on doctor’s prescription.
• DORMIFORT® may possibly cause daytime drowsiness in some individuals. In such cases, no vehicle should be driven and no dangerous machinery should be operated.
• Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in the original container, out of the reach and sight of young children.

Ingredients

Per tablet: valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L.) 250 mg standardized at 0.25% valerenic acid – microcrystalline cellulose (filler) – melissa extract (Melissa officinalis L.) 200 mg standardized at 5% rosemary acid – linden flower extract (Tilia cordata Mill.) 150 mg standardized at 3.5% flavonoids – tricalcium phosphate (filler) – silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent) – magnesium stearate (lubricant).
