Use instructions
The bracelets apply constant pressure to point P6 (or Nei-Kuan) on both wrists. Point P6 is located between the two tendons of the wrist. To find it, turn the palm upward. Place the index finger, middle finger and ring finger of the other hand on the inside of the wrist just below the 1st horizontal line between hand and wrist. Point P6 is below the index finger. It is precisely at this point that the ball button of the Sea-Band bracelet must apply constant pressure. It is essential to wear one bracelet on each wrist.
