SeroPhan is a dietary supplement that is used during stressful periods or mental tensions, for a good night’s sleep and a good mood.

Active ingredients

SeroPhan is a mix of alpha-lactalbumin, carbohydrates and vitamins and minerals that optimize serotonin synthesis. Alpha-lactalbumin was chosen as the base of this nutrient to obtain effective nutrient powder to support serotonin synthesis. SeroPhan contains a lot of alpha-lactalbumin and is therefore rich in tryptophan (i.e. 4.8%). Moreover, this dietary supplement is characterized by a T/FTVLI ratio (tryptophan/phenylalanine, tyrosine, valine, leucine and isoleucine) of 16.2%. For example, the proteins from classic milk whey have a T/ FTVLI ratio of 5% and the older formulations based on milk whey proteins enriched with alpha-lactalbumin, a T/FTVLI ratio of 10%. The addition of carbohydrates to alpha-lactalbumin while adding more tryptophan improves the passage through the blood-brain barrier and thus the biodisponibility for the central nervous system.

How to use

• Mix 1 portion of powder with 200 ml of water or juice.
• 1 to 2 portions per day, once at 4 pm and once before going to sleep.
• 1 portion = 1 measuring spoon.
