Use instructions
- Soak the sleep brace in boiling water for 10 seconds and gently take it out.
- Place the brace in your mouth (with the triangle facing up) and bite gently for 15 seconds.
- Pour cold water over the sleep brace to allow the shape to harden.
- Adjust with the Allen wrench and place the sleep brace in your mouth to position the jaw in a forward position.
Recommendations
Do not use the sleep brace if:
- You have a severe respiratory disorder, such as asthma or emphysema.
- A disorder has been diagnosed at the temporomandibular joint.
- You have jaw pain, loose teeth or advanced periodontal disease.
- You wear dentures or braces.
- You are under 18 years of age.
