Solgar Astaxanthin 5 mg is extracted from the alga Haematococcus pluvialis, which is considered the richest source of that carotenoid and is responsible for the pink-orange color of salmon, rose fish, trout and flamingo feathers, among others. Astaxanthin is both fat and water-soluble.
How to use
Adults: Take 1 softgel per day, preferably with a meal, unless otherwise recommended.
