Honey is a natural product. Soria Natural’s mountain honey comes from bees that live at high altitudes, far away from any form of pollution. The honey is cold swirled and is a delicious blend of pine, lavender, thyme, rosemary, eucalyptus and heather.

Ingredients

• 15-21% water, 70-80% sugars, 40% fructose, 30% glucose, 10% multiple sugars.
• Enzymes: saccharase, amylase, glucose oxidase, phosphatase, catalase.
• Minerals: potassium 30-55%, sodium 3-10%, calcium 0.5-8%, phosphorus 3-26%, magnesium 0.5-2%, sulfur 0.5-4%, chlorine 1-21%, silicon 0.2-5%, iron, copper, manganese.
• Vitamins: C, B1, B2, biotin, pantothenic acid, folic acid, gluconic acid, acetic acid, lactic acid, succinic acid, formic acid, citric acid, butyric acid, volatile oils, pinocembrin.
• Amino acids: 14 essential amino acids, mainly proline and acetylcholine.
