How to use

• The usual dosage of Spagulax Effervescent is 1 sachet, before or after each main meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
• Place the powder in a sufficient amount of water (one to two glasses of water), mix well and drink it immediately.
• Do not drink it while lying down.
• You have to wait an average of 28 hours before you get results.
