Properties

MenaQ7 by Springfield is a dietary supplement that contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Active Ingredients

• Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting.
• Vitamin D3 contributes to the proper absorption of calcium in the bones.

Use Directions

1 to 2 capsules 1 time per day, preferably with a hot meal.

Recommendations

• Do not exceed recommended use.
• A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
• Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children.
• The absorption of vitamin K and vitamin D may be reduced by simultaneous use of colestyramine and colesevelam (cholesterol-lowering drugs): take at least 2 hours apart.
• Anti-epileptic drugs (phenobarbital, phenytoin, primidone) reduce blood levels of vitamin K and of vitamin D (with the exception of valproic acid).
• Do not use together with anticoagulants of the coumarin type (acenocoumarol, phenprocoumon or warfarin). Vitamin K2 reduces the action of those medications.

180 µg vitamin K2 menaquinone-7 (240% RI), 5 µg vitamin D3 cholecalciferol (100% RI), filler (cellulose), stabilizer (capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
