Strepsils Strawberry is used to relieve the symptoms of acute sore throat or as adjunctive topical treatment of laryngitis, inflammation of the tonsils and oral mucous membranes (such as gingivitis, aphthous ulcers, etc.) and is also indicated for relieving nasal congestion, facilitating and improving breathing.
How to use
Slowly melt one lozenge in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours. Do not use more than 6 lozenges per day. If your sore throat does not subside or gets worse after 3 to 4 days, contact your doctor.
Composition
The active ingredients in Strepsils Strawberry are 1.2 mg dichlorobenzyl alcohol and 0.6 mg amylmetacresol. The other ingredients in this medicine are strawberry flavoring, Antho P-WS pink (E163), sodium saccharin, tartaric acid, liquid maltitol, and isomalt.
