Adults, the elderly, and children aged 16 and over:
Consume two capsules with water.
Leave a minimum of four hours between doses.
Avoid exceeding eight in one day.

It depends on how serious your high blood pressure is. Please seek advice from a medical professional before using the capsules, as the ingredients can cause spikes in blood pressure levels, potentially damaging your cardiovascular system.
Missing a dose isn't usually an issue, but you can take it as soon as you remember. If it's closer to your next dose, we recommend skipping the missed dose altogether. You should never take more than two capsules every four to six hours.
