Hydrating eye drops for dry eyes with deficiency of the lipid layer (dysfunction of the glands of Meibom – MKD). For individuals with dry eyes, watery eyes or crusted eyelids due to a tear film that evaporates too quickly. Systane® Balance is designed for dry eyes caused by too rapid evaporation of the tear film. This artificial tear uses a unique mechanism of action. Propylene glycol, sorbitan tristearate, boric acid, sorbitol, disodium deetate and POLYQUAD® (polidronium chloride) (preservative), HP-Guar, mineral oil, dimyristoyl-phosphatidylglycerol and polyoxyl-40-stearate.
