Zizo Teff is the brand name for the Eragrain crop. Eragrain is a very old grain crop that is naturally gluten-free. In addition, Eragrain is rich in calcium, iron, zinc and magnesium. Eragrain is midway between grain and grass. Due to its high content of fiber and slowly digestible carbohydrates, Eragrain has a low glycemic index. Zizo Teff flour is particularly versatile and suitable for bread, in cakes and cookies, pancakes and breadcrumbs, or as a binder for soups and sauces.
