How to use

• The ULTRACTIVE® tablet can be either swallowed or chewed.
• Take 1 tablet a day with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning with or without breakfast. Indeed, food has no impact on the effect.
• Normally, 1 tablet per day is sufficient.
• If recommended by a doctor or pharmacist, or in case of exceptional magnesium consumption such as intense exercise, you can take 2 tablets per day.
• Take the second tablet with a large glass of water with dinner.
