URGO Filmogel® Aphthouses & Wounds in the Mouth is indicated for the treatment of mouth ulcers and mouth wounds. Once you apply this liquid dressing, it forms a thin, protective layer that is flexible and strong even when you eat. As a result, the ulcers heal quickly. URGO Filmogel® Aphthouses & Wounds in the Mouth relieves pain quickly and permanently. It is a pain-relieving shield that protects the wound from external influences (food, teeth, braces, etc.) and ensures better healing of the ulcers.

Use Instructions

• Wipe the spatula at the edge of the bottle.
• Apply the remaining amount with the end of the spatula to completely cover the aft or lesion.
• Let the product dry for about ten seconds and then close the mouth: a visible film will form. If the film does not completely cover the aft or lesion, repeat the application.
• Repeat the treatment as often as necessary, up to 4 times a day, preferably before the main meals, until the wound is completely healed (3-5 days).
• As long as the film is visible, you do not need to reapply the product.
• The hygiene of the product is guaranteed by its composition. Thus, you do not need to clean the spatula after use.
• Close the bottle tightly after use.

Recommendations

• Do not apply to large (diameter > 1 cm) or herpetiform (a very large number of very small aphthous ulcers) aphthouses that require the advice of a doctor.
• Do not apply to infected wounds, burns, deep wounds (that bleed).
• Do not use the product if you are allergic to salicylate derivatives.
• In the absence of studies in pregnant or breastfeeding women, the use of the product is not recommended in those target groups.
• Do not use in children.
