Vianatura OMEGA 3-6-9 is one of the most complete fatty acid formulas. The combination of the 3 complementary unsaturated fatty acids provides an optimal fatty acid balance.
Active ingredients
- Vianatura OMEGA 3-6-9 contains purified fish oil, the largest source of unsaturated omega 3 fatty acids: EPA and DHA. Those fatty acids contribute to the maintenance of a healthy heart, at a daily intake of 2 capsules per day: 300 mg EPA/DHA.
- Vianatura OMEGA 3-6-9 also contains cold-pressed flaxseed oil, rich in the omega 3 fatty acid alpha linolenic acid (ALA) and the omega 6 fatty acid linoleic acid.
- Oil oil has been added to the formula as a source of the omega 9 fatty acid oleic acid.

Administration
Take 2 capsules with water once daily before meals.
