Properties

VT Phak Syrup supplies the eye lens with amino acids, such as glycine, glutamate, from which in turn the glutathione is formed. The decrease of glutathione, in the aging process of the animal, is responsible for the progressive clouding of the lens of the eye. Inositol is an important substance in cell building and its concentration is highest in the lens of the eye. It stimulates metabolism and transport of amino acids. Glycerol is an important component in the Krebs cycle as an important source of energy. The presence of FOS (fructo-oligo-saccharides), a non-diabetogenic sugar source, strengthens the animal’s natural defenses through its bifidogenic effect: it increases the concentration of naturally present bifidus and lactobacilli in the gut. It also restores intestinal flora in older dogs.

• For older, lean and recuperating dogs.
• Fatigue after intense and prolonged physical exertion (hunting and sporting dogs).

Use instructions

Perfectly palatable, drinkable solution.

• Dogs weighing less than 10 kg: 1 ml (20 drops) per day.
• Dogs weighing more than 10 kg: 1.5 ml (30 drops) per day.

Recommendations

It is recommended to administer the solution daily or at least for 3 weeks per month.
