Vista-B12 Activ consists of a high dose of vitamin B12, present under its three body’s own forms: hydroxocobalamin, methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin. Thus, our organism can utilize these natural forms directly without prior conversion. Moreover, thanks to its high dosage and administration under the form of a sublingual melting tablet, vitamin B12 is well absorbed in everyone. The natural forms of vitamin B12 are also very well tolerated. Vista-B12 Activ is used when there is an increased need for vitamin B12 or when absorption by the organism is reduced. These situations can occur in the following cases:

• In persons who eat little or no meat, vegetarians and vegans: a supplement of vitamin B12 is necessary to achieve adequate levels for proper functioning of the organism.
• With persons, men and women, from the age of 50, because the absorption of vitamin B12 becomes less effective with age.
• With pregnancy and lactation.
• With persons suffering from chronic inflammation of the intestine or gluten intolerance or after gastric surgery as a treatment for obesity. In all these situations the absorption of vitamin B12 is greatly reduced.
• Some treatments of diabetes and also drugs that inhibit stomach acid reduce the absorption of vitamin B12.

Active ingredients

1 tablet contains 1000 mcg of vitamin B12 under the form of the 3 active and natural forms of vitamin B12:

• Methylcobalamin.
• Adenosylcobalamin.
• Hydroxocobalamin.

Administration

• 1 melting tablet per day or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist, preferably in the morning with breakfast.
• Melt the melting tablet slowly under the tongue.

Recommendations

• Vista-B12 Activ is best used over several months.
• For persons who take little or no vitamin B12 through their diet, or for persons who absorb vitamin B12 poorly, it is recommended to take VISTA-B12 Activ over a longer period of time.
