VitaPL3 contains omega 3 in the form of phospholipids. That form contains a lot of advantages: on the one hand, omega 3 is absorbed twice as well as a classic fish oil in the form of triglycerides. On the other hand, omega 3 is more easily absorbed because phospholipids do not require a digestive process. VitaPL3 has no aftertaste and no fish odor.
