Properties

Vitapantol is a regenerating and soothing nasal ointment made from multivitamin elements that have a beneficial effect on the balance of the nasal mucosa and its healing.

Active ingredients

Vitapantol contains an association of retinol, nicotinamide and calcium pantothenate:

• Vitamin A (retinol acetate): plays an important role in the physiological process of cicatrisation and has a beneficial trophic effect on the nasal mucosa.
• Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide or vitamin PP): plays an important role in cell metabolism and restores the balance of the mucosa.
• Vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate): contributes favorably to cell metabolism and enhances the favorable action of vitamin A in the healing process of the nasal mucosa.

How to use

• Adults: three applications per day.
• Apply a sufficient amount of ointment each time.
• Place the end of the tube in each nostril and squeeze lightly.
• Gently massage the nostrils to distribute the ointment.

Recommendations

• Vitapantol contains geranium essence: do not use in persons prone to hay fever, as geranium essence can be irritating. In that case, use Vitapantol Weak.
• Use with caution during pregnancy and lactation: vitamin A passes into breast milk.
• Do not use in children under 3 years of age.
