BIO Balsamic Melissa Spirit is a herbal supplement with a.o. lemon melissa and nutmeg. These plants promote digestion while having a relaxing effect on it. In addition, lemon balm is relaxing in case of discomfort during your menstruation.

How to use
- Shake before us.
- Adults and children from 12 years: 15 to 20 drops on a cube of sugar or with water 3 to 5 times a day.
Recommendations
- Do not use it in case of hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients.
- Consult a doctor for use in children younger than 12 years and during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- This herbal preparation contains ca. 63% (v/v) alcohol. The maximum dose (20 drops) contains 0,34 g of alcohol. The alcohol intake by the use of BIO Balsamic Melissa Spirit is a maximum of 1,7 g alcohol per day (5 x a day 20 drops).

Alcohol, water, steam distillate from: lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.), nutmeg (Myristica fragrans Houtt.), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum J. Presl), big angelica root (Angelica archangelica L.), coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.), clove (Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merr. & L.M.Perry); lemon oil (Citrus limon L.) of organic origin.
