Nasasinuspray Sine Conservans Junior is a nasal spray without preservatives specially designed for children aged 2 to 7 years. The active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride quickly reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa. Sorbitol, glycerol and sodium hyaluronate help moisturize the nasal mucosa and reduce irritation.
Indication
- Blocked nose in colds.
- Non-allergic runny nose (rhinitis vasomotorica).
- Allergic rhinitis.
Directions for use
- For children from 2 to 7 years of age.
- 1 spray per nostril, 1 to 3 times a day.
- Do not use in children under 2 years of age.
- Use for up to 5 consecutive days.
Composition
- Active substance: xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.5 mg/ml (corresponding to 0.44 mg/ml xylometazoline).
- Excipients: sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, disodium phosphate dihydrate, glycerol, sodium chloride, sorbitol, sodium hyaluronate, water for injection.
Storage
Keep out of the reach of children. No special storage conditions required. Can be kept for 1 year after opening. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
Side effects
- Uncommon: headache, insomnia, palpitations, nausea, fatigue, nosebleed.
- Rare: increased swelling of the nasal mucosa.
- Not known: restlessness, dizziness, burning sensation, dry nose, rebound effect.
