Paracetamol diminishes discomfort such as headaches and sinus pain, while phenylephrine lessens swelling in your nasal passages allowing you to breathe more comfortably. The sachets are suitable for adults and children aged 12 and over and contain the active ingredients paracetamol and phenylephrine hydrochloride.

Pour the contents of one sachet into a mug and fill it with hot water (not boiling). Mix thoroughly until dissolved and consume.
Adults, the elderly, and children aged 12 and over:
Drink one sachet every four to six hours but don't exceed four sachets in 24 hours.
