Otrivine Menthol is a medicine used to treat the symptoms of nasal congestion in adults and adolescents 12 years and older in certain conditions such as:

How to use
Always use Otrivine Menthol exactly as described in the package insert or as told by your doctor or pharmacist. It is recommended to rinse the nose with a physiological serum before using Otrivine. The recommended dosage for adults and adolescents 12 years and older is 1 spray in each nostril, 3 times a day. The effect of Otrivine Menthol 1 mg/ml is noticeable within 2 minutes and lasts up to 10 hours.
Composition
The active substance in Otrivine Menthol is: xylometazoline, as 1 mg xylometazoline hydrochloride per ml (equivalent to 0.87 mg/ml xylometazoline). The other ingredients in this medicine are: sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate – disodium phosphate dodecahydrate – sodium chloride – benzalkonium chloride – disodium edetate – levomenthol – eucalyptol – sorbitol – macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate – purified water.
Warnings
Do not use Otrivine Menthol 1 mg/ml if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product. Consult your doctor before using this drug if you have heart disease, hypertension, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, or if you are being treated with certain antidepressants. Do not use this drug for more than 3 to 5 days without interruption.
